My experience

My name is rosa Barrientos Canosa and am 65 years old, I’d like my experience to share with you. Here is how I got in better health.
Some of my complaints are rheumatism, osteoarthritis, COPD and chronic leukemia.
I’ve always been a doer, as a Spanish woman I had 1 Hobby and that was cooking.
Until I get at the end of 2014 with a lot of pain started in my hip, arm, osteoarthritis in my hand, I couldn’t own a fruit jar open spin for my grandson. I think I liked that terrible. January 2016 I said to my daughter ”

The Pain

If I keep going this way, I need to purchase a rolator zekker.  I can’t go for a run, left my knee my often neglect there, where I often fell through. I got medicine for, COPD STAGE 1 I’ve got it all from 2012 and didn’t go so well. Because I was allergic to a lot of different kinds of medication, to be able to inhale it. I couldn’t walk without big pieces that I felt winded, also the effort was my too much. And not at all thinking about 2 high to walk, so I had the elevator. And then the spring was working against my COPD. Also by the pollen in the air, that was also out!!!  Negative, all the best. But I’m a go-getter.

No sleep

I slept very little by the pains and cramps in my legs, that’s where I sleep for swallowed pills for that, I also had high blood pressure often and then I was on medication for, all in all, I couldn’t enjoy what I love most of all, that are My little children, that was my too much and I had the strength to not here either, there was a lot of my grief, I was also afraid to get the flu because my resistance by the leukemia is very, very bad, if i so Got a flu “that was so” I was regularly zekker 1 week minimum good sick, to almost pneumonia. So had to avoid it, family always kept in mind that they could not come along to quickly that I could be sick, so that also applies to my grandchildren. A Daily Nightmare, where I had to go through but learn to live together with my family.

As the story continues

At the end of February told a friend of my daughter, his experience, my daughter shared this with my, right where I started, it was worth a try!!! So I tied with 1 soul per day started, the first week and I had Little weight off my hip, then my arm, then the rest, I thought, ” this is a coincidence, this just can’t  ” I went right to the test for yourself to be able to compare and I stopped right with my medicine ” without my Daughter knew, because she told me that I had to get my head to stop my medication regardless of the positive effect ” to my surprise, no more trouble from these pains, no cramping in my legs where I was, and I wake up I don’t believe it myself, that was just unbelievable!!!!! 1 month away, I stopped my sleeping pills, and I thought it can’t be…. I’ll sleep, sleep, sleep, and I come without pain and wake up feeling refreshed One Miracle, what say.

AND NOW 2 months later at my physical therapist I go from 1 minute to 10 minutes of cycling a bike and I’ll take the stairs to 2 high without a stuffy, my daughter asked ” Mom, didn’t you stuffy ??” where I say answer,..” no, no, no, a couple of weeks, no more, I myself am stopped inhaling ” my daughter completely in shock and angry she says ” man you can’t stop your meds!!  But I know my body and know what it’s for my good and not good for my’s, the soul felt good and I wanted to test it yourself.

Last, and that is why this post so late on this page.

I wanted to prove on paper that the COPD could go better anyway. Today I have the results in, and the COPD is with a 8 % improved, blood pressure as a teenager and all since February had no flu, the doctor was so surprised, that she’s on my over 5 baskets to go back Go see and compare these values. I asked her if I could stop wheezing, she says, “well… Mfa Barrientos, if it keeps going like this, and you will feel good sight, of course, you can, but first I want you back in 5 months, see”
Okay, that’s great news, but of course I didn’t tell you that I’m already 3 weeks stopped inhale it. This is also by a little bit of my headstrong.
Soul have given me life back!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!
