My issues when started taking Soul was extreme tiredness, lack of energy, bad sleeping (had it for years) A friend of mine who is having ME introduced me to Soul and Core. But this time we only could buy Soul in Norway so I ate Soul.

After a couple of weeks, I felt less tired during the day, more awake in the morning, clearness in my head. I actually now sleep better. But what also happened: the pain and stiffness I always had in my ties and hips was so much less that I had no problems with going on long trips. I did not think of that when I started. The cramps I have had so many years In my legs and foot when doing different exercises was not bothering me anymore. I sometimes can feel a cramp coming but it stops, just teasing. So now my Pilates class is more enjoyable and effective.

This was a huge positive surprise.

Another positive consequence is weight-loss. I don’t eat better but losing weight and I feel good, not much but bit and bit. The most important thing for me was the allergy I have had for 25 Years. Every spring from February I had to take medication for different three polls, between February and September. Since my immune system was getting low, I got reaction on more and more. This year I had no problem with the allergy as long as I took 2 Soul a day. I am so happy about the health improvement, and I enjoy the new life. When I started to have significant improvements, I started to force my husband to take too. He did not want to at first, but when something happened to him, he took Soul more than willingly. This is another good story.
