Problem: Sore Throat. 

A few months ago I had a very sore throat. 
I was advised to take a soul.  
This is what I have done. After 20 minutes I got it very hot and I didn’t feel very good. 
So lie down on the couch and then go to bed. I could hardly swallow anymore, because of the pain in my throat.  
The next morning, I could swallow without pain: I couldn’t believe it! The sore throat is gone.
