I have AIDS. Also, I have a multitude of health issues. Recently I have been taking SOUL, CORE, and FORM for the last 3 months. My blood work is drawn every three months by my Physician. After comparing the results from the previous three months before starting on the products and now, the results were very different. My T-Cell count jumped from 320 to 640. My Hep-C was undetectable.

I am 6 feet tall and weighed 127 pounds and I am now up to 138 pounds. Slowly gaining weight by using the FORM Shake mixed with chocolate milk.  My energy level has also increased and I am able to walk the dog 4 times a day. My Brain fog is gone, I think more clearly now. I am in a positive frame of mind now. I am 73 yrs. young and I feel GREAT!
