Hello! I was introduced to Rain by someone on facebook when I was talking about the osteoarthritis in my hands.

Nothing had worked, not a physio, the anti-inflammatory Naproxen nor two different types of steroid injections. My grandmother was crippled with arthritis and I was worried I was heading the same way.

It was so bad that, for example, I was starting to not buy certain clothes if I thought their fastenings would be too awkward for me.

I started taking 1 Soul a day and the pain reduced almost from day one. The swelling gradually reduced and mobility returned. I could do things again! If I have a heavy day using my hands a lot, I make sure to remember to use it topically as well, for both instant and longer-term relief.
