My Burnout Testimony

I have experienced several burnouts and was diagnosed with bipolar disease in 2005. My doctor prescribed 4 tablets of lithium daily, but I didn’t quite recover, and depressions came frequently in my life. A couple of years after having used lithium I got hypothyroidism and i needed hormones for this. In addition, I struggled with incontinence, something which held me back. My active lifestyle. 

I also struggled with suicidal thoughts and I was sent to psychiatrist Who wanted to give me Even more medication.. 
I never recovered despite these interventions. 
One day I was contacted re soul and core. Long story short, my mental health switched during 3 days and I have not had a depressed day since I started, 1 core 1 soul. 

Nowadays I take 1 soul and I quit medication over a timelapse of 3 months. I am now medication free and I feel healthy and happy.my incontinence is over and I can jump and dance without a problem. ♥️
