Energy / hormone levels / stress / chaos / short fuse

My name is iris, am 42 years old and I was raised with healthy and organic food and have for years been a passion for holistic health. Fortunately, I was never sick but got there 3,5 years ago, when I got a severe case of pneumonia. I didn’t know what came over me felt heavy and miserable. So I went looking for the cause and came to the discovery that this was the result of Vitamin C deficiency.
