Hi everyone! I’m Lea and I wanted to share my testimony about my favorite seed nutrition products. In October of 2016, I started using Soul.

I noticed after a couple of months that I had better energy, and my hair, skin, and nails were healthier and growing like crazy! I was also able to not get any of the cold and flu going around for the past couple years as well! Soul has built up my immune system so much!

As soon as I feel anything remotely coming on like a cold I will take Soul every 3-4 hours and it will kick it in the butt. 1 year ago in October I also started taking Bend. I was struggling big time with pain and inflammation in my knees.

Since being on Bend, the pain has significantly reduced and I’m able to exercise again! I also had emergency surgery on my appendix back in May. As soon as I got home I started my regimen with Soul every few hours. I truly feel that this helped me to heal quicker!
