I was at a wedding recently when I bumped into a former co-worker. She was walking very gingerly with the assistance of a cane. When I asked her what had happened she told me she had twisted her knee many weeks ago and was having trouble with flexibility and swelling…..you know what’s next right?

Knee Pain

“When I walk out of my motor coach, it’s not a normal step like walking down ordinary stairs, the coach makes you step sideways as you walk down the 3 steps, that puts pressure (sideways) with all your weight on that one downhill knee.

I really only notice it walking down those stairs or in a situation like reading in bed with my knee bent up toward the ceiling. When I straighten it, it snaps and causes a pain in the knee.
