Yesterday I experienced the most exciting thing about soul and my knees. It’s been 6 months since I’ve been using the product. I have experienced a lot of changes in my health and my family’s. But these 2 particular incidences touched my heart.

Anyone who has been to UB stadium will understand what I mean when I say my knees are free from arthritis. Our daughter Samantha was graduating on Saturday 14th October and we had gone to support her. It was packed and we had to rush and look for a place to sit. My husband leading the way and free from knee pains climbed up those steep sitting levels at the stadium. I was following after him and my other daughter. They went up and I stopped wondering how am I going to up this, it’s impossible and I wondered how do they make a stadium without stairs to go up.

Standing there something pushed me to try going up the way they did, I put my left leg on the stop holding on to my daughter with my right hand and Walla up I went and I stopped at the next level and supposed I wondered was it me who just went up this and I’m feeling mo pain on my knees. With disbelief, I decided let me try it again. This time I held on to this man’s shoulder apologized and asked for permission to use the shoulder as my support and went up again excited I went up the 3rd level and found my sitting spot. I looked at my husband and I said I don’t believe what just happened , I just climbed up these steep levels and my knees are not hurting, excited I said to him SOUL indeed does work.

My knees are no longer painful. He looked at me and he said,”why didn’t you use the stairs, they are just There.” I looked at them and I laughed and again I said to him SOUL indeed does work.
