Pregnancy
For the first month of my pregnancy, I did the prenatal vitamins and was SICK! Switched to alternating SOUL and CORE every day and eventually went to just SOUL every day and added a CORE 3 times a week. My doctors were extremely impressed with mine and my baby’s health.
