The relief from restless legs at night which weren’t horrible but caused me to not get right to sleep at times. If I’ve been on them a lot I rub the final 1/8 or so of the packet of Soul on my legs from top to bottom & bottoms of my feet. I usually rub some on my neck too. I love that it’s not sticky or smelly. It gives me immediate relief & I can go right to sleep.

I play tennis & this is the first year I haven’t suffered from tendinitis in my ankle & swelling of my knee (I had ACL reconstruction on it many years ago & looking at knee replacement down the road a ways). I’m anxious to try Bend!!

Advil Daily

I didn’t realize that I was taking around 2-3 Advil daily too for little aches here & there. I rarely take it anymore.
The only time is when I need a chiropractic adjustment.

I am doing a Keto diet now in a Biggest loser contest & so I thought I’d stop taking Soul & Core for a week to reduce carb intake. Only 5-6 carbs but still some. I walked a lot the other day & got a leg cramp so bad I had to take a hot bath to relieve it & I promptly took a Soul & Core as well. I decided the carbs weren’t a big deal! I used to get them like that when I exercise or walked a lot. Haven’t had one in months until this one.

I’m a believer

I kept telling Brittney I didn’t have anything big to share or any major health issues but after being on the Rain products for around 6 months I’m seeing the little things that were bigger than I thought. I feel healthy & good everywhere. Tennis is a lot more fun too!
I’m anxious to have my blood test done to see if I can get off my low dose blood pressure meds. That’s the only prescription I take anymore. Which I never took a lot but was on various vitamins & cholesterol med. I love that these products replace my vitamins.
